Bueng Kan, newly appointed
province, separating from Nong Khai, covers 4,305 sqkm.
It is located 765 km. from Bangkok. The topography of
the province is various such as highlands, mountainous,
flat farmland in the valley of Mekong River. The
province is a concentrated area for rubber plantation
which covers 300,000 rai. Rubber is considered to be the
